Pérdida Del Subsidio

Pérdida del Subsidio. La persona beneficiaria perderá el subsidio en los siguientes eventos

Muerte del beneficiario,

Comprobación de falsedad en la información suministrada o intento de conservar fraudulentamente el subsidio,

Acceder a una pensión o derecho pensional.

Recibir algún subsidio, auxilio, beneficio o renta entendida como la utilidad, beneficio o ganancia que directamente reciba el beneficiario que provenga de un negocio o cualquier empresa, superior al SMLMV y no de su grupo familiar.

No cobro consecutivo del subsidio programado en cuatro (4) giros.

Parágrafo

Para el caso de las personas que hayan ejercido el rol de Ex madres comunitarias, será causal de pérdida del subsidio acceder al reconocimiento de un Beneficio Económico Periódico (BEPS) del mecanismo BEPS.
