Objeto. El objeto del presente Capítulo es determinar las medidas de seguridad aplicables a los establecimientos de piscinas de uso colectivo abiertas al público en general que deben ser cumplidas por los responsables de las mismas, tendientes a prevenir y controlar los riesgos que afecten la vida y la salud de las personas.
