Establécese el baño obligatorio para todos los ganados que se importen al país, por los puertos y fronteras que señala el Decreto número 1090 de 14 de junio de 1928, y que vengan atacados de enfermedades parasitarias externas, o que en concepto del Inspector de Sanidad Pecuaria deban bañarse. En los puertos y fronteras donde no haya bañaderas, se aplicará lo dispuesto en el artículo siguiente:
