Las empresas de transporte no podrán recibir barras que no tengan el certificado de ensaye respectivo con el visto bueno del Gobernador, y que no vengan, además, acompañadas del certificado de fundición y procedencia del oro, que debe expedir este funcionario. Por lo demás se presumen de contrabando, con presunción de derecho, las barras que se envíen a las costas sin los susodichos certificados.
