Autorícese al departamento de Cundinamarca para recaudar los valores producidos por el uso de la estampillaProdesarrollo Universidad de Cundinamarca, UDEC, en las actividades que se deban realizar en el departamento y en sus municipios, en las entidades descentralizadas de unos y otros.

Parágrafo

El traslado de los recursos provenientes de la estampilla a la Universidad de Cundinamarca, enningún caso superará los treinta (30) días siguientes al recaudo respectivo.
