Contabilidad de la liquidación. Las políticas, normas y procedimientos contables aplicables a la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Valledupar - Teleupar S.A. E.S.P. en Liquidación serán establecidas por el Contador General de la Nación. La Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Valledupar - Teleupar S.A. E.S.P. en Liquidación seguirá presentando información financiera, económica y social al Contador General de la Nación, en la forma y términos establecidos por la misma para el efecto, hasta tanto culmine por completo dicho proceso.
