Artículo único. La comisión encargada de decidir sobre las reclamaciones por suministros, empréstitos y expropiaciones de la última rebelión, conocerá de la reclamación hecha por el Señor J. Francisco Villate, por expropiaciones hechas en la revolución de 1861.

Para el reconocimiento del crédito se deberán exhibir las pruebas necesarias para reconocimientos de créditos por exacciones de la última rebelión.
