Si de la solicitud apareciere que el recurso es procedente, el Juez solicitará de inmediato a las autoridades respectivas que en término de viento cuatro horas informen por escrito sobre la fecha de la aprehensión y los motivos que la determinaron. También podrá interrogar personalmente al agraviado, cuando lo estimare del caso.
