Artículo octavo. De la firma y aprobación de la Convención Colectiva de Trabajo. El Director General, previo el cumplimiento del trámite establecido en el artículo anterior, firmara convención colectiva de trabajo y la presentara a la Junta Administrador a del Instituto con el fin de que sea adoptada por Acuerdo y sometida, a la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional, de conformidad con lo dispuesto e n el artículo 34 del Decreto ley 1652 de 1977.
