º . Quienes se hagan acreedores a la distinción "Andrés Bello" en la categoría nacional y departamental y demuestren que su familia o ellos tienen ingresos mensuales inferiores a cuatro (4) salarios mínimos, tendrán derecho a un subsidio equivalente a un salario mínimo mensual durante cinco (5) meses al semestre y máximo durante diez semestres, siempre y cuando se compruebe buen rendimiento académico de acuerdo con el reglamento que para el efecto expida el Icetex.
