ARTICULO 87 . IMPROCEDENCIA . No procederá la revocación directa prevista en este Decreto, a petición de parte, cuando el sancionado haya ejercido cualquiera de los recursos ordinarios. La revocación directa prevista en este Decreto no procederá cuando se haya notificado el autoadmisorio de la demanda proferido por la Jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa.
