El Ministerio de Salud podrá delegar en los Servicios Seccionales de Salud o en otras autoridades sanitarias de nivel inferior la expedición y renovación de las autorizaciones sanitarias establecidas en el presente decreto, bien sea para todo tipo de fuentes o para algunas categorías o grupos de actividades.
