Artículo único. Abrese al Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia económica de 1884 á 1885, el siguiente crédito adicional: Departamento de Telégrafos. Capítulo 30. Telégrafos, (Personal). Art. 127.

Parágrafo único

Para legalizar los gastos hechos en personal de las Oficinas telegráficas que no estén incluidos en el respectivo Presupuesto $ 2,000 Publíquese.
