Artículo trece. Declárase que el sentido del artículo 70 del Decreto 2820 de 1974, en cuanto a la referencia que hace a los artículos 313, 314 y 315 del Código Civil, es que estos textos han sido modificados por los artículos 43, 44 y 45 de dicho Decreto y por el presente. En esta forma interprétase dicho texto, para los efectos del artículo 14 del Código Civil. Derógase el artículo 20 de la Ley 75 de 1968.
