Cuando un Embajador o un Ministro llegue, o se ausente definitivamente del país, el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores solicitará del Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales que les ponga a su disposición un carro especial y que transporte su equipaje gratis. Cuando por razones técnicas no pueda hacerse esto, solamente un compartimiento será suministrado al Diplomático.
