º . Los inversionistas que a la fecha de expedición del presente decreto tengan depósitos constituidos en aplicación del artículo 29 del Decreto 2080 de 2000, podrán solicitar la devolución de los respectivos recursos, por su valor nominal, en los términos que establezca el Banco de la República.
