Dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha en la cual venza el término señalado en el artículo 8° de este Decreto el Ministerio de Obras Públicas procederá a formar un censo de los damnificados, con base en el ya existente, y con expresión de los perjuicios que haya sufrido cada uno y de su valor.
