A partir de la fecha de expedición del presente decreto la remuneración mensual para el empleo de Superintendente, Código 0030, de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud será de trece millones ochocientos diecisiete mil quinientos cincuenta y dos pesos ($13.817.552) moneda corriente. El cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la remuneración mensual antes señalada, tendrá el carácter de gastos de representación, únicamente para efectos fiscales.
