El mecanismo de la dación en pago únicamente podrá aplicarse para solicitudes presentadas en debida forma, hasta el 24 de noviembre de 2010, y solo respecto de deudas de contribuyentes cuyo domicilio fiscal en el Registro Único Tributario- RUT, al 27 de julio de 2010, corresponda a alguno de los municipios a que se refiere el artículo 1° del Decreto 2693 de 2010, modificado por el Decreto 2799 de 2010.
