°. El personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares podrá disfrutar sus vacaciones en cualquier momento mientras permanezcan en servicio activo. El reconocimiento y pago de las vacaciones causadas y no disfrutadas, se continuará haciendo exigible a partir de la fecha en la que los oficiales y suboficiales sean retirados o se retiren del servicio activo, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 174 del Decreto-ley 1211 de 1990.
