Este Decreto regirá desde su fecha, con excepción de los artículos 5º 8º, 9º y 13, cuya vigencia será simultánea con la de la Ley 167 de 1941, o sea el 1º de abril próximo; en consecuencia, sus disposiciones deberán aplicarse para las liquidaciones en curso. Comuníquesey publíquese.
