La supresión de cargos previstos en el artículo 1º del presente decreto desempeñados por empleados públicos inscritos en Carrera Administrativa se debe efectuar conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 8º de la Ley 27 del 23 de diciembre de 1992 y su Decreto Reglamentario 1223 del 28 de junio de 1993.
