La Nación contribuirá con la suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00) para la terminación de la construcción del edificio de la Casa Nacional del Albañil, que el Sindicato Central de Albañiles y Similares adelanta en Bogotá, en el lote de terreno que para tal fin le fue concedido gratuitamente por el Distrito Especial de Bogotá, mediante escritura número 2842 de 15 de octubre de 1955, otorgada en la Notaría 5 a , en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por el Acuerdo 70 del mismo año, expedido por el Consejo Distrital, lote de terreno que está situado en la carrera 5 a número 4 - 42 a 4 - 48 de esta ciudad.
