La Superintendencia General de Puertos expedirá tablas con los datos del valor de la contraprestación, incluyendo la vigilancia ambiental correspondiente a cada zona portuaria habilitada en el Plan de Expansión. La contraprestación que se fije a cualquier concesión se determinará de acuerdo con dichas tablas y las reducciones o variaciones a que haya lugar según se dispone en este Decreto. CAPITULO V.
