Facúltase al Departamento de Nariño para que, con sujeción a las prescripciones del Código Fiscal, pueda vender en lotes no mayores de doscientas hectáreas el suelo de los baldíos que se le adjudiquen, con destino a la agricultura o a la ganadería, y dedicar su producto al mejoramiento o construcción de las obras que determine la Asamblea de dicho Departamento, todo de acuerdo con el artículo 1° de esta Ley.
