° Los Secretarios de los establecimientos antedichos llevarán una cuenta comprobada de los fondos que manejen; mensualmente harán el balance de la cuenta y la presentarán al Consejo Directivo en los diez primeros días del mes siguiente para su examen, y en el mes de Enero del año siguiente rendirán al mismo Consejo la cuenta general, la cual, una vez estudiada por éste, será remitida al Ministerio de Instrucción Pública para su fenecimiento definitivo.
