Se certificará la condición de pequeña empresa joven cuando se encuentran cumplidos los requisitos de que trata la Ley 1780 de 2016 y el Decreto 639 de 2017. Este se mantendrá solamente durante el término que apliquen los beneficios, es decir, el año de la matrícula y el primer año de la renovación, por tanto, la anotación se retirará el 1 de enero del año siguiente.
