Artículo décimoquinto. Toda modificación en la licencia de tránsito se autorizará por parte de la autoridad Departamental, Intendencial, Comisarial o Municipal de tránsito según el caso, con la obligación de remitir a la autoridad centras las informaciones pertinentes dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a su realización.
