Agotados los trámites de la audiencia preliminar al juicio de Corte Marcial, el Juez Penal Militar y Policial de Conocimiento o Conocimiento Especializado, fijará fecha y hora para la celebración de la audiencia preparatoria, la cual deberá realizarse en un término no inferior a quince (15) días ni superior a treinta (30) días siguientes a su señalamiento.
