Art 2º. La sección 8.ª del Ministerio de Obras Públicas redactará y someterá a la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo, dentro del menos término posible, los reglamentos técnicos que deban observarse para la ejecución de los trabajos encaminados a conservar las vías públicas de que trata presente Decreto.
