Vigencia. El presente decreto entrará en vigencia una vez transcurridos treinta (30) días comunes contados a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación en el Diario Oficial , conforme con lo previsto en el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 2° de la Ley 1609 de 2013.
