ARTICULO 44. CONSEJO ASESOR PARA LA ADMINISTRACION DEL FONDO ROTATORIO DEL MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES. - Las funciones de administración del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores serán ejercidas con el concurso de un Consejo Asesor como órgano de orientación y supervisión en la ejecución de sus programas. El Ministro reglamentará su composición y funcionamiento. El Consejo Asesor será presidido por el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores o por quien éste delegue. TITULO V DE LAS DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
