º CESIÓN DE DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES DERIVADOS DE OPERACIONES DE CREDITO EXTERNO. La cartera representativa de operaciones de crédito financiadas por organismos internacionales, será cedida por el Banco de la República a FINAGRO en los términos y condiciones que acuerden tales entidades. Con tal motivo FINAGRO adquirirá una deuda por igual monto con el Banco de la República, en los términos y condiciones que se acuerden en el contrato que se celebre para tal fin, el cual deberá prever que se continuará dando cumplimiento a los términos y condiciones de los contratos de préstamo firmados con los organismos internacionales.
