El Congreso de la República honra la memoria del doctor Néstor R. Bolaños, distinguido miembro del Congreso Nacional, quien murió en el desempeño de sus funciones, en su condición de Representante por el Departamento del Cauca, y se distinguió por sus altas dotes de patriotismo y consagración al servicio de los intereses públicos, especialmente de los del Cauca, de donde era oriundo.
