Una vez expida la nueva reglamentación por el Ministerio de Transporte, la secretaría de movilidad, o quien haga sus veces, en las entidades territoriales que apliquen medidas de restricción vehicular (pico y placa) en un plazo máximo de tres (3) meses deberán actualizar sus normas garantizando el cumplimiento del artículo 2o de la presente ley.
