ARTICULO 31. DOCUMENTOS DEL SISTEMA DE EVALUACIÓN. Son documentos del sistema de evaluación los siguientes

1.

FORMULARIO 1-IB. Información básica de oficiales, suboficiales, miembros del nivel ejecutivo, agentes y personal no uniformado.

2.

FORMULARIO 2-PT. Plan de trabajo (para oficiales superiores).

3.

FORMULARIO 3-FV. Folio de vida (para todo el personal).

4.

FORMULARIO 4-EV Evaluación de oficiales, suboficiales y miembros del nivel ejecutivo.

5.

FORMULARIO 5-EA Evaluación de Agentes.

6.

FORMULARIO 6-EN. Evaluación de personal no uniformado.
