° La celebración, adopción y revisión de los Planes de Premios de los Sorteos Extraordinarios que se proyecta celebrar durante el año de 1990, se someterán a las previsiones del Decreto 2127 de 1989. Los Planes de Premios deberán someterse a consideración del Ministerio de Salud o de la autoridad de Vigilancia y Control que haga sus veces, con antelación no menor de quince (15) días de la fecha que se contemple para la realización del correspondiente sorteo.
