º De la indefinición de la naturaleza jurídica. Aquellas instituciones cuya naturaleza jurídica no pueda ser precisada dentro del año siguiente a la vigencia del presente Decreto y estén siendo administradas y sostenidas por el Estado, continuarán bajo la administración del respectivo ente territorial, de acuerdo al nivel de atención y clasificación que determine el Ministerio de Salud. Por consiguiente, el respectivo ente territorial deberá adelantar todas las actuaciones administrativas y de cualquier otro orden, necesarias, para definir la naturaleza jurídica de dichas entidades, de conformidad con los regímenes departamental y municipal y la Ley 10 de 1990.
