Notificación de demandas. En las demandas que se ventilen ante las jurisdicciones ordinaria, laboral y contencioso administrativa, que interesen al Ministerio de Defensa, la admisión de las mismas deberá ser notificada personalmente al Secretario General del Ministerio de Defensa, quien en dicho acto podrá constituir apoderado, sin perjuicio de las funciones que correspondan a los Agentes del Ministerio Público.
