Cuando el responsable de alguno de los delitos previstos en los dos artículos anteriores sea un médico, cirujano, farmaceuta o, partera, la pena se aumentará hasta en la tercera parte, y se impondrá además la suspensión del ejercicio de la respectiva profesión por dos meses a seis años.
