Las faltas absolutas y temporales del representante de los empleados serán llenadas por el suplente. En caso de falta absoluta del representante de los empleados en la Comisión de Personal, el suplente asumirá tal calidad hasta el final del período. De presentarse falta absoluta del representante de los empleados y de su suplente, se convocará a elecciones dentro de los ocho (8) días hábiles siguientes.
