Para los efectos de ascenso en el escalafón, los docentes podrán presentar obras de carácter pedagógico, científico, técnico, artístico o de otra índole. Para su evaluación el Gobierno Nacional requerirá los servicios de los diferentes Institutos Descentralizados o de instituciones de educación superior. Su equivalencia en tiempo será reglamentada por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
