Normas de aplicación en el tiempo de las reglas de procedimiento. Lo dispuesto en el presente decreto se aplicará a los procesos en curso, sin perjuicio de que los recursos interpuestos, los términos que hubiesen comenzado a correr y las notificaciones o citaciones que se estén surtiendo se rijan por la ley vigente cuando se interpuso el recurso, empezó a correr el término o a surtirse la notificación.
