Art. 3.º En las bajas que vayan ocurriendo en el personal actual de pensionadas, así como en los puestos creados por el presente Decreto, dará la Sociedad mencionada colocación preferente á las huérfanas de los militares muertos en la presente campaña en defensa del Gobierno. Para esto se atenderá á las condiciones reglamentarias que tiene establecidas en dicho Orfelinato la Sociedad de San Vicente de Paúl. Ejecútese y publíquese.
