Elevase a veintiocho el número de becas que costea la Nación en la Granja Agrícola de San Jorge, de Ibagué, y a veinte pesos ($ 20) el valor mensual de cada beca, el que se pagara en los doce meses del año. Las becas se adjudicaran a razón de dos por cada Departamento, sin perjuicio de que, si algunos Departamentos no dieren candidatos, se adjudiquen a los mejores aspirantes de otras partes. Estas becas las adjudicaran los respectivos Directores de Instrucción Pública Departamentales.
