En el caso de liquidación de la Empresa, de acuerdo con el artículo 4º de estos Estatutos, el nombramiento de Liquidador corresponderá al Gobierno, y la liquidación deberá someterse a las disposiciones legales pertinentes y a lo que sobre el particular determine el mismo Gobierno.
