Art 6°. El artículo 118 quedará asi: Cuando se hayan manifestado uno o mas bultos como de una clase superior i se pida su apertura por el interesado, i abiertos resulten pertenecer a una clase inferior, se liquidarán los derechos conforme al contenido con un recargo de cinco por ciento.
