Loa ascendientes, descendientes menores de dieciocho (18) años y los mayores de edad, así como los cónyuges de personas titulares de visa ordinaria quedarán exentos de los requisitos señalados en el ordinal b) del artículo 30 del presente Decreto, siempre y cuando estén a su cargo y no ejerzan actividades remuneradas.
