De conformidad con el artículo 28 de la Ley 100 de 1914, los documentos públicos en que consten las adjudicaciones de parcelas a que se refiere este Decreto, estarán exentos de los impuestos de registro, timbre y papel sellado; y los adjudicatarios asimismo, estarán exentos de los impuestos sobre la renta, patrimonio y exceso de utilidades por los primeros $ 5.000 del avalúo de dichas parcelas y su dotación.
