Convocatoria de primera asamblea; aprobación de nuevos estatutos . Dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes al momento en el cual la Nación ofrezca para su enajenación la totalidad de las acciones privilegiadas que tenga en el Banco de Comercio Exterior, la Junta deberá convocar una Asamblea General de Accionistas para aprobar los nuevos estatutos del Banco elegir los miembros de la Junta Directiva a que hubiere lugar, y tomar las demás decisiones de su competencia, con sujeción a este Decreto y a las demás normas pertinentes.
